Strong JEE and NEET scores are decided years before Class 11. JMR’s Academy runs a dedicated Foundation program for Class 8, 9 & 10 students in Hyderabad, teaching Physics and Mathematics together as two full subjects — building the conceptual base and the mathematical fluency that every competitive exam eventually tests.
Most students who struggle with Physics in Class 11 do not have a Physics problem. They have an algebra problem, or a trigonometry problem, that nobody caught in time. That is why our Foundation program teaches Mathematics as a full subject in its own right — with its own classes, its own syllabus and its own practice — rather than squeezing a few formulas into a Physics lesson.
The two are taught together as one programme, and they reinforce each other. A student meets simultaneous equations in the Maths class and then uses them on a circuit problem the same week. By Class 11 the mathematics is second nature, and the Physics can be about Physics.
This is not extra tuition to pass school tests. It is early, structured exposure to how JEE and NEET actually test both subjects — numerical problem-solving, conceptual application, and exam temperament — introduced gradually from Class 8 onward.

Do you teach Mathematics as a separate subject, or only within Physics?
As a separate subject. For Class 8, 9 and 10, Mathematics has its own classes, its own syllabus and its own practice material, taught alongside Physics. The Foundation programme covers both subjects together — they are designed to reinforce each other, and students take them as one programme.
Is Foundation coaching necessary for Class 8, 9 and 10 students in Hyderabad?
It’s not compulsory, but it gives students a significant head start. Since JEE and NEET build directly on Class 8–10 Physics and Mathematics, students who build a solid foundation early find Class 11 and 12 far less overwhelming than those starting from scratch.
Does JMR’s Foundation program follow CBSE, ICSE, or State Board syllabus?
We teach the core Physics and Mathematics concepts common across CBSE, ICSE and State Board syllabi, while also building the numerical and conceptual skills that later matter for JEE and NEET — so students stay aligned with their school board while getting ahead for competitive exams.
What is the difference between Foundation coaching and regular school tuition?
School tuition typically focuses on passing school exams. Foundation coaching at JMR’s Academy goes further — teaching concepts the way JEE and NEET eventually test them, with structured numerical practice from Class 8 onward, not just definitions and formulas.
Can a student join JMR’s Foundation program mid-year?
Yes. While starting at the beginning of the academic year is ideal, our Foundation batches in Hyderabad accommodate students joining mid-year, with catch-up sessions to bring them up to speed with the current chapter.

Does Foundation coaching lead directly into JMR’s IIT-JEE and NEET programs?
Yes — Foundation students transition naturally into our IIT-JEE and NEET Physics tracks in Class 11, taught with the same continuous philosophy so there’s no relearning of basics.
